Hi, I’m Brendan Cabral, founder of Tao of Strength

I specialize in empowering people to embrace a no nonsense, sane approach to fitness that includes physical and mental well being. This holistic approach to training promotes health and a long term vision of building fitness for every stage of your life.

I am passionate about making fitness accessible, enjoyable, and effective for people of all abilities, but especially those that are new to being active or have fallen out of the practice of moving their bodies. 

I’ve been a personal training for over 12 years and I’ve worked with hundreds of people with a wide range of abilities and goals through my in person and online personal training services. 

As a busy dad I personally know the struggle of trying to balance my health & fitness, professional career, and my home life. The days of being able to spend hours in the gym at a time are not relevant to me, so I’ve adapted my workouts to be effective with minimal equipment and time investment, while also emphasizing the health of my body.
